The Knowing: How to Trust Yourself When the Next Step Feels Unclear
A 5-Part Self-Coaching Intensive
The Big Question
"How do you know what’s truly right for you?"
That’s the question, isn't it?
Those few words hold the power to open doors of possibility … or unravel everything. And yet, we keep asking ourselves as we navigate the world and the life we’ve meticulously built.
Let me be blunt: you are not wrong for asking this question. There's nothing broken or missing within you when that persistent discomfort just won’t go away. It’s not because you're not smart enough, or capable enough.
It’s because you’ve spent years doing what was expected of you — at the expense of what actually nourishes your soul. And like any creature denied the sustenance it needs, you’ve started to deteriorate from within. You’ve forgotten how to listen to yourself. You’ve forgotten who you are. And the glimpses you get of the real you … the one buried under the masks … feel so far away, it’s hard to tell if they are a memory or just an illusion.
And that shit sucks.
But here’s the truth: you have a choice.
You can reclaim the version of you that has been forgotten. You can call her back. You can breathe life into her again. You can remember her voice.
You can come home.
Next week, starting Monday, I’m dropping a 5-part series called “The Knowing.” It’s a self-coaching intensive designed to help you stop outsourcing your clarity and start reclaiming your power. This intensive is a powerful warm-up, giving you a taste of the deep, no-BS transformation my clients experience in my signature From Grind to Align framework.
This week will be deep. It will be confronting. But it will also be a path home to yourself. If you’re ready to remember who the f— you are... this is where you begin.
Here’s what you’ll learn in this self-coaching intensive:
How to redefine what “right” means (not what looks good on paper, but what feels aligned in your body)
How to recognize what lights you up — even if you’ve been living in survival mode
How to stop overriding your intuition and start listening to your body
Why you feel stuck (hint: it’s not confusion)
How to know if the timing is really wrong… or if you’re just scared to move
All of this work is rooted in the principles of From Grind to Align — my signature framework for releasing performance-based living and coming back into deep, embodied truth.
If you commit to yourself and do this work, you won’t be the same woman on Friday. Each post includes a mini coaching session, reflection prompts, and a real conversation with your higher self.
We begin Monday. Get ready to come home to you.
